Not Another Hollywood Story...
When I moved to Hollywood I was 14. I thought living here would be glamorous, and I would be famous immediately...
I had it all planned out— I would go to Hollywood High (the school of the Stars) and one day while walking to the coffee shop after school I would run into a HUGE producer and he would say “Darling you are such a home grown honey, I love it, come star in my next film.” Zac Efron would be my co-star, he would fall madly in love with me (duh) and the rest, well... I didn’t really think past there... but it was a good start!
Within my first few hours at Hollywood High I was informed, this is not “the school of the Stars” as I thought it was. It was a high school just like any other that happened to be right between Hollywood and Sunset. Long story short, I learned a lot about myself during my time there. I was part of leadership committee, a kickass cheer squad, starred in the school play, fell in love for the first time, had my heart broken for the first time.. and learned how to pick my self back up again. And for that I will always love this crazy city.
Miss you LA <3
